  1. I got my quick results this morning and I PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  2. No, HURST alone was not enough. The other thing that really helped me was NCLEX 4000. Completing daily NCLEX questions helped me be able to pick the right answer even when I did not know why it was correct. NCLEX questions are like a game. I had to learn to play the game. :)
  3. Yes, you can do that. But if you fail, 45 days is along time to wait to retake. Especially if you have a job on the line. I would not risk it personally. Not to mention $200 fee. At a minimum I would make sure to answer NCLEX questions daily leading up to the test.
  4. There were alot of "who would you see first" and "which task would you delegate to the UAP/LPN". The answers were not obvious. All of the patients seemed stable. I had 3 math questions. Maybe 5 medication questions. I was only familiar with 2 of the 5 medications. I did not get any questions regarding body systems or "place an X over the liver" type questions. I used HURST to study. The 5th day material on Management and Delegation was particularly helpful. I also own NCLEX 4000. I have been completing NCLEX questions daily since my second semester of nursing school. I started doing 150 a day in the weeks leading up to NCLEX.
  5. I took NCLEX-RN today. The computer shut off after I completed the 75th question. I did not feel confident leaving the testing center. I was expecting the questions towards the end of the test to be on conditions or information that I had never heard of. That was not the case. Also there was not one question where I can say-- I know I picked the right answer! Even when I thought I knew what the answer would be-- it was not a choice!! I did the Pearson Vue Trick and got the "good" pop up. I hope it is accurate. Has anyone gotten their quick results in less than 48 hrs? Also, can you get quick results on the weekend or is it 48 "business" hours. It would be a nightmare to have to wait until Monday! Does anyone know about how long it takes for your license number to appear on the NCBON website if you pass NCLEX? Thanks for listening!! Praying that I pass!
