  1. Also at least once a month I attempt to lift one if my clients out of her wheelchair realizing after the 2nd attempt......seat belt is still on. And someone ALWAYS ends up witnessing this to laugh at me lol
  2. Three months into my 1st extended care case as a new Lpn I was on nights and my quad 5year old was fussing and whining in bed. I took her out(being ever so carefull of her feed that still had over 150cc left to infuse I lay her across my chest with her head on my shoulder to rock her in the easy chair. She finally falls asleep and I decide not to disturb her untill the pump starts beeping "complete" . Comfy n cozy and hour later I take her off and lay her back in her bed only to find her MIC extension came off of feeding line and I had a huge abd size mess of congealed formula and half digested stomach contents on my shirt! It was so gross !!!!! I never felt it because the warmth of our bodies. And to make matters worse she didn't get her complete feed. I always keep extra scrubs in my car even 6 year later !
