Is it possible that your application didn't go through? That happened to one of my friends and she found out last minute. If that's not it, then I have no idea why you haven't heard anything!

I received my acceptance letter in the mail a few days ago.

I just found out I've been accepted to Kennesaw's program yesterday, so I will not be attending GRU anymore. I am going to call admissions on Monday to let them know so hopefully another deserving student will get my spot. Good luck to everyone in nursing school!

I am taking patho this fall. My friends who are in the program said they recommend taking it fall because summer patho would be pretty fast paced and would consume a lot of your summer.

Lclayton- I feel you on this! I was accepted go Georgia Regent's program back at the beginning of February, and I had to write an essay and have two recommendation letters. I really wanted to know about Kennesaw before spring break!

My friend had lunch with the dean and was told letters would be sent the week of April 14th. That's so far away!

I talked to the receptionist in the nursing building and she told me letters have not been sent yet. Not sure what to believe!

No one that I know has recieved anything.

My friend was also told by F that letters would be sent by late April. I really hope that isn't true! I hope they are here in the next few weeks.

Yeah there is no more interviews. There is actually another thread on here for KSU nursing for fall 2014 that has a lot more comments. You should check out that thread.

Does anyone know who to contact about transfer credits and what to sign up for over the summer? I have already called 3 people and no one has called back. I have that transfer credit form but it's not very easy for me to follow since some of my credits didn't transfer over and the courses I have left to take are not in much detail on the form. I'm scared of signing up for the wrong class and not being able to enroll this fall.

I have a 3.77 overall and 84 on the teas.

I do not know much about the accelerated program. I know that accelerated students are counted in the 120 spots that they do have. It is usually something like 80 traditional and 40 accelerated spots.

KSU usually has about 1000 applicants and only accepts around 120. It is very competitive. They also take preference to KSU students if applicants are close.

This happened to me too back in January. I knew I submitted everything in and it still said 'incomplete'. I then called someone from admissions to double check and make sure they received everything. The lady on the phone told me that she received everything and it takes the system awhile to update. From the email, it sounds like you have nothing to worry about. If you are still unsure make sure you call admissions! It made me feel a lot better!

I know! The waiting process is killing me! Let's keep our fingers crossed that we hear as soon as possible! Other nursing schools have already started accepting applicants.
