My name is Shae. I'm 26 years old and have a beautiful 2 year old daughter. I finally decided it was time for a career change, so I am hopefully starting the RN program at SPC soon.

I'm days as well :) On my schedule all of my class room numbers say To Be Announced. Do you think they will update that closer to the start of the semester?

That's what I was thinking too. This 3 month waiting period has been killing me lol. Let us know if you find a good place to do the CPR cert. I have been looking but most of the ones I've found are either in Tampa or Sarasota.

I have been checking everyday too! The notice will come via student e-mail? I have been checking that and regular mail religiously lol.

No it didn't sound like that at all. We are all proud of our accomplishments :) No I did not send any recommendations, just my stamped checklist. Keep me posted if you get a call for an interview. I know they said it would be about a month before they started seeing applicants which sucks, but hopefully worth the wait.

No I'm not a Baycare employee. I was hoping the same thing! I'm hoping that if they are taking outside applications that my resume stands out because of previous medical background in massage therapy. Fingers crossed.
