i just got my official confirmation i'm in, active duty 66p. My recruiter says i don't have to swear in, just fill in paperwork and contract. How did you do it? He says the swearing is in optional for active duty. I just do not want to make any mistakes, or not do it if it's necessary. Advise please

Dranger....no kidding! Scrubnurse I wonder if they are processing by MOS because some of the nurses on this forum already know. My recruiter kind of hinded that I got selected from other things, but without telling me ofcourse. I understand though because he said he is also just waiting....he has not received confirmation yet to say I am officially in. He admitted it's taking unusually long. I also have not signed anything. All I need now is that official confirmation, and then I can wait for as long as they keep me waiting. At least I would kind of know how to plan...kind of! Seems to me we are in the same boat.

Scrubnurse, yes i'm going in for active duty. We were supposed to know in December. I thought at the latest Jan, so this waiting is sooooo hard.

Stephanie and scrubnurse I don't know but my recruiter said it's taking longer than usual this year, I'm also waiting for the same.

BKS1-Congrats! I haven't been told anything to that nature on loan repayment. I am still waiting for my confirmation/acceptance from the board. I will let you know if I hear anything though.

Armyicurn, I hear you. I applied for 66P (FNP) and am also waiting to hear results. I am just confused as to why other people know they are in or not and others don't? I thought we were all under the ANC board on nov 19. Does anyone know? Anyway this is teaching me to improve on my patience...lol:) Wishing you all the best

Hello there, I am new to this forum. Congratulations Ajax! what a relief it must be. Did anyone else got a call from their recruiter or been selected for FY 2014 Army Nurse Corp?
