hello! Thanks for responding. So 87 questions and failed? Well my first test, I also had a lot about Hinduism, Islam, Muslim, and Jewish. The question was about their tradition when someone dies in their family? A) put a white thread around their neck, B) do a chanting prayer on the bedside .... that's all I could remember. I basically just guessed it. I had alot about colorectal cancer, I & D, Mc burney's point, I had a lot about nutrition, med surg. My next test is going to be on June 7th so I still have time to study. I read my old school notes and books to refreshen my memory on how everything works and connected. I haven't really sat down and do practice questions, maybe only about 200 questions so far. Tips for everyone I learned from reading other books. The test for heparin is = PTT The test for coumadin is = PT How to remember that? ok, you have 10 fingers, minus the letter of H-E-P-A-R-I-N, so you have 3 letters left, PTT

HI everyone! the first time I took my test, I had worked as unlicensed pending in the LTC, then my employer gave me a week off before my first test. I studied until I dropped then next thing you know I started feeling sick on a saturday and I couldn't reschedule my test, cuz my test was that coming monday, so i took it anyway while sick and as a result, I failed. Now that I'm taking it for the second time, I am very nervous and I'm not sure what to study. Can someone please give me some ideas on how to pass this nclex pn. Also I heard that there are now new tests that comes in "fill in the blank" or "point to the graph"? oh boy...
