Mine just changed this afternoon to "consideration for interview" ... That's confusing. I already interviewed.

I interviewed for NICU. Did not receive a reference check email yet...hope that doesn't mean I am not being considered? Do you know if everyone gets a reference email, or only those still in consideration? That is awesome that you have received the email! Oct. 14 for Perinatal NICU/FMCC. Anyone know if there is another thread for the Oct Programs or just this continuation from Summer Program?

I have not heard back from NICU either, hoping that they are still deciding since none of us on here have hear back yet. Keeping my fingers crossed for everyone!

I haven't heard anything either since apps have been forwarded to managers. Waiting is the hardest part!

I also applied to NICU & received an email that my application was forwarded to the appropriate manager. When I spoke with a recruiter they said it will take at least 3 weeks to go through all the applications, which means this week or longer. Don't get discouraged yet, it's still early :) Good luck to everyone who applied!
