  1. I cannot believe I missed this forum. I started CCC's chem 113 with Mr P. in January. Taking the final today and nervous. Trying to fit all my notes on the 3x5 index card is challenging! It sounds like the final is similar to the module tests, which is encouraging. Good luck to everyone who has not taken the final yet!
  2. MrsJTL, Thank you for the wonderful and insightful information you have given throughout this thread! Even the little things can be overwhelming, so your "pearls" are greatly appreciated! Salju
  3. Crystalblake, I am sure you will do fine. All of your stresses are causing you to worry about failing nursing school. It is HARD work getting to the point of acceptance, so you've already made it over a huge hurdle.
  4. Your post is very inspirational! I am in my early 40s and wonder some days if I have lost my mind. I am ready for the classes to start so I can focus on them! :)
  5. MrsJTL, Thank you for the great information. You said ECHO is a school recording system, how does that work?
  6. I received a phone call. The college previously only sent letters of acceptance, so the call caught me off guard. After I realized they were calling to notify me of acceptance, I was ecstatic. My husband and I celebrated with a nice dinner the following weekend~
  7. Thanks! Just sent a FB request to join the group! KV
  8. MrsJTL, Thank you for the tips and advice! Very informative and helpful!! You are correct, waiting for information after acceptance is tough. :)
  9. Trichick, I am in the process of completing the last 3 of my prereqs this semester and they notified me of my acceptance last week. It sounds like you have plenty of time to get them all in by start of class in 2015.
  10. Thanks, but I cannot PM yet. I can receive PMs, however.
  11. I received my acceptance call today for the Augusta campus. I did not know they notified people by phone, so I was a little nervous when I realized who was calling. I am excited beyond words! Can anyone tell me how to access the FB group?
  12. If I remember correctly, it was about 3 weeks after transcripts, GRE, and references were in that I was contacted. Should be soon if you have not heard from them yet! Good luck! :)
  13. I interviewed Friday and they were so nice and laid back. It went well, considering the fact that I was out of power and internet from the storm and did not get the email until I arrived that the interviews were cancelled. There were a few others who showed up, as well, and they graciously interviewed us. Now the waiting game really begins!
  14. Congrats! I am interviewing in person, but I was wondering the same thing about the interview. I would love some advice on what to expect.
  15. I applied in December and it took about three or four weeks for them to receive everything. I am interviewing next week. So it was about three weeks after they received everything that I was contacted. I am sure you will hear something soon, if you have not already!
