  1. We have been working to tweek ours to capture what we do. I can send it to you if you can email me at [email protected]
  2. icnclinical i went to the website for the noggin nest and this is what it says... our noggin nest® head support provides comfortable head support. the generous padding in a fashionable print cradles baby’s head to provide all over comfort. not intended for sleeping. this product is not a medical device and has not been medically proven to reduce "flat head syndrome." it is not intended for this use. based on this info...i would not recommend using it for medical device...it says to not allow sleeping with it.
  3. EKnicuRN, I would be interested in any policies that your hospital has. We are going to private rooms on May 1, and these are some of our concerns also. We will have a no food or drinks policy for the parents in the rooms. We have the cafeteria and a family waiting room area for that kind of thing. Any help form anyone about how to nip these issues early on would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jody
  4. Does anyone use NANN's guidelines on oxygenation?? Just curious.
  5. We give Versed and that seems to cover most babies. Some need a second dose.
  6. Rachelsoon2bRN. If you would like to contact my directly via my email, I would be more than happy to discuss your questions. Looking at them , though, it seems you are pretty broad in your subject. What exactly is the assignment? I have 19 years of experience in a Level 2+ NICU, and am currently in school for my Master's. My email is: [email protected] I look forward to talking with you. Jody Wendt
