Hi everyone, My situation right now totally sucks, I've been waiting for the application pack since May and I even e-mailed and called NMBI several times and to no avail wasn't able to help me. I also e-mailed my agency here in the Philippines and it seems that they are turning a blind eye about my current situation. In the application form I placed their Irish address but hasn't received anything from them.

It has been 3 weeks since I mailed my application form to the NMBI and both my agency here in the Philippines and NMBI haven't responded to my emails regarding the application pack. Last week I asked the local postman if I have a parcel coming from abroad but he said none. What should I do? Should i call NMBI and when is the best time to call?

I'm with Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Louth. I got my offer letter last August 2016, unfortunately, I need to retake the IELTS twice and was able to get the needed scores last March just when my offer letter was about to expire. I have a colleague who is under DATHS and she's been waiting for her DL since March.

I'm under Chesham. I'm just hoping that I will be able to receive the scanned copies by next week so that I can start sending the needed documents in the pack. In what agency are you in?

Yes, I am under an agency and I mailed the document last May 12 and was received 3 days after on the 15th, however, I haven't received any information regarding my application both from NMBI and the consignee which is an agency in Ireland. Based on the posts I've read here, NMBI will not notify the sender if they received the document or not but they will mail the application pack to the consignee who will scan and send to me via e-mail. I'm just a bit frustrated because my agency here in the Philippines isn't replying to my e-mails.

Hi. I just started my NMBI application and it has been a week since I sent the overseas application form to the NMBI. Are they going to inform me or confirm that they already received my documents?
