  1. 20 on rehab hall day/eve shifts with 2 CNAs, 1LPN 21 on LTC halls day/eve shifts with 2 CNAs, 1LPN 57-63 (all halls) midnight shift with 3 CNAs, 1LPN
  2. Don't give up! There really is a method to their madness. I was lucky to have awesome professors in school, BUT they did things that made me think sometimes they weren't right in the head . I remember telling my family/friends they are trying to drive me crazy and this is for the birds and what on earth does this have to with nursing and can I please have ONE day off and most assuredly not in language I would repeat here. Okay that being said, now I understand how all that craziness was an absolute gift. From that I learned to respond (knowledge driven) not react (emotion driven).That includes work-place drama. I also learned to clarify/verify everything. I'm sooo glad I did this, putting up with all that has paid off as this has been one of the most rewarding experiences even on my worst day.
