Can I borrow some of your experience so I can get hire?? I wish to be in your shoe because I'm a new grad and there's no job for me. No employer will even look at my resume after knowing that I'm a new grad. HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I think Ca I the most difficult state to land a job as a new grad nurse. I got a call yesterday and as soon as I mentioned that I'm a new grad, the recruiter told me she can't help me b/c she wants someone with experience. Seeing how long a few of you guys waited to get a job, I might just starting looking into other ventures. I apply to many positions that are suitable for a new grad but not getting any call from them. CONNETIONS TO UPPER MANAGEMENT = EXPERIENCE.

Based on my experience, I don't think nclex is as hard as what people made it to be. I only do questions after questions and never touch any of the core contents and still pass at 75. Recommend Kaplan trainer questions. Those r all I did for my nclex preparation. The questions in nursing school tests r way harder than nclex. If I don't study core contents and still pass with 75 questions, anybody would pass with it too. Just know what they're asking for and most of the nclex questions are straight forward, unlike those test questions from nursing school. This is the truth and relax because nclex isn't all that bad.
