    Depends on what kind of learner you are. I learn by reading the chapters & making flashcards on the things I won't remember along with anything the teacher emphasized. The days before the test I go over my flashcards a few times and once right before the test. Also if the teacher provides any type of study guide or review, use it to your advantage. :) Good Luck!
