Thank you for your support! I did stand up without permission when the test was over. I just was on my thoughts and I forgot to rise my hand. Do you think it is a big violation? I think after such a stressful test everyone can be confused. But it was not cheating just frustration. I am praying hoping for the better. Hope is the last thing that dies.:)

Would you please let me know according to your experience if my NCLEX result is on hold is this most likely pass or fail result?

I am a Medical Interpreter ,CNA and CMA, but it didn't help me. Yes, at least everything is clear now.

I asked them if I have to take TOEFL two month in advance, before applying for an endorsement from Hawaii to Wa. They didn't give me any direct answer (may be yes, may be no, 50/50). I have been waiting for such a long period of time providing them all the documents they asked ( I worked as a Certified Medical Assistant and a Certified Medical Interpreter for 10 years in USA.) It took them 60 days to think... And said "No! You still have to take TOEFL". I think it is just a frisking bureaucratic system and unfortunately we can't change anything about it.(

Hello! I check my status today ( I made an endorsement from Hawaii to Washington as a LPN) and it hows that my license is pending. Does it let me start working in Wa state or it has to be an active license only? Why is it? Is this because they are waiting for the State Patrol Results? If someone had a familiar situation please let me know. Thank you!

I heard if you have some certain experience in the medical field you don't have to take TOEFL. I worked five years as a CNA and six years as a Medical Assistant in the Hospitals and Physicians Offices. Do you think they can take it into consideration to wave my TOEFL test?

Yes, but I am licensed in Hawaii. The problem is (but I am not sure about this) that I can't make an endorsement from Hawaii to Washington because Wa BON requires TOEFL from foreign graduators. And it takes time.

It doesn't matter where you take an NCLEX. I tool it for Hawaii BON because they do not require TOEFL. Nevertheless if you want to make an endorsement to Washington, THEY require TOEFL for sure.

You can take an NCLEX test BEFORE TOEFL. That's what I did. I passed it and now I am preparing for TOEFL.

Hello! I have the same situation. I passed my NCLEX for Hawaii BON, but I live in Everett Wa. The next step is to take this "ugly";)TOEFL. The speaking section for Wa is 26 or above. The total passing scores are 83. Have you already taken TOEFL? Any luck? Thank you!

I am a Nurse from Ukraine and I live in America for 14 years. I passed my NCLEX, but picky Washington BON still requires to pass TOEFL with Speaking Section 26 or above in order to work in Wa as a nurse. I am ****** and upset, but what to be done. If you can't change something you have to accept it. Right?:)

Hello! I passed my NCLEX one week ago for Hawaii BON. I would like to endorse my license to Washington. In addition as a foreign graduator I have to take TOEFL exam. It takes time.Is this any possible to be hired as a voluntarily nurse in Washington while waiting for this bureaucratic process? Will it be counted as an experience?Any suggestions? Thank you!

Isn't it weird that I have already passed NCLEX, but because my speaking scores in TOEFL is 25/not 26 or more I am stuck in Wa.

So as far as I understand different sates require different scores of TOEFL right? It seems to me that WA is tuff ))

Congrats!!! But I still want to pay this $8 to the Pearson Vue to be 100% sure. Just to calm myself.:)
