@alyssa: We took the general physical assessment courses (N271/272) our first year. This class is your lab and patho/physical assessment portions, respectively. It's a lot of studying and memorization. That's all i can say. You really do need to read the book, memorize, and comprehend the materials. Good luck everyone!

i'm sorry to hear that it was difficult for you. My best tip is to just simply say the words out loud (not literally "out-loud") but audible enough to hear in your mind, and see what sounds right. Go with your gut instinct for the English section.
