Yes, I started in February of last year. I was promoted to charge nurse a few months ago :) I LOVE baptist!

We don't dilute, unless you count haldol ;-) I always use an 18 gauge to draw it up, then I switch to a 20 or 22 to inject. It's hard to push through a 22, but done slowly it works and stays injected!

I graduated from the Fort Myers campus with Rasmussen. I moved immediately after graduating to pensacola, and although it was slow going with a job, no questioned my degree. I am now working with no problems.
