Does anyone know how or where to find the waiver for hcp0001? I had it waived but I need a copy of the waiver to put into my portfolio.

I believe your physical needs to be completed before your first clinical and a copy needs to be in your portfolio

To all my central people, for clinical I have sc but under location it says T.B.A so where are we supposed to meet? Does any one no the building and room number for the lab?

Has anyone from central received a reading list for clinical? Because I haven't

You are not supposed to open the envelop. In the orientation she specifically said to bring the sealed envelop with the rest of the paper work

So do we include a copy of the receipt and envelop to give to the department with the rest of our papers or just the envelop and keep the receipt for our records?

Sorry to hear you failed your test. I'm sure you will do better next time. I have a question, for the tb test does it have to be the ppd test or can it be a blood test because my dr only does the blood test

i don't know about getting an lpn licence but i heard that after your first semester you can get your cna licence.

I've done everything except for the drug test. I will be doing that on Friday. Today I am doing the last of my ceu's which is domestic violence and I am also waiting for the results from my titers. Everything is coming together lol
