Hi floridanurse0513! Not sure if you had a chance to attend any of the information sessions but I personally found them very helpful as far what qualifications they look for in candidates. I myself have seven years of combined peds, NICU and OB experience. I’m prior military and have a BS in biology. I have certifications in my field and I’m involved in committees at work and (up until Covid ) was involved in volunteer work. Let me know if you have any other questions. I’d be happy to help.

Anxiously waiting as well! I spoke with Matthew last Monday and he said all decisions would be finalized by Wednesday, but that it would take two-three days for the school to process everything. He also mentioned that announcements could possibly be delayed to this week. I applied to the Davie campus.

@AmyRN16 I believe they hire twice a year for the RN residency program.

@NewYorkerGirl sorry for the late response. The week that I interviewed they selected four people. HR told me that they had selected two others the previous week.

WannaBNursey I interviewed for the New Grad RN residency transition team. The interview was mostly behavioral type questions. It was laid back and they just wanted to get to know me.

@sweetjane I actually applied for GYN but for the september cohort. How was the interview process? if you don't mind sharing. Are you from WA?
