I also just got hired.I live in NC & background checks of all kinds are standard.Not to worry!!.I am the nurse who wrote "what if this happen to you"I was told by new employer that I got a very good reference from my former employer. THANK GOD!!! So don't worry about it ,I also was suspended for 3 shifs.I had never had that happen to me,but there were quite a few of us to be suspended around thar same time.YOU GO GIRL.....U GOT THE JOB !!! !

Thanx for the advice,I have beenlooking into hiring an attorney.On the good side ,I have an interveiw with a correctional facility tomorrow.Hope they like and hire me.THANX AGAIN FOR THE SUPPORT !!

I had worked at the same facility for25 yrs then 2wks. prior to my 26 th anniversary was terminated.The reason I was told for termination,not attending enough CEO meetings.SERIOUSLY!!.Now here I am 4yrs from being able to get my retirement & no one hiring me.Well that is it,thanx for letting me vent. Oh, by the way be careful my fellow nurses,it could happen to you.
