  1. Any changes in ny requirements? Cgfns certification still needed? Qualifying exam....
  2. I only passed NCLEX RN. I am a bit confused. I don't know where to apply for licensure by examination, which state(s) will give a license and the requirements. Is New York requires a CGFNS certificate (EXAM) aside from child abuse, infection, blah, blah, blah? Same in WA, CGFNS certify, hiv something. To make it more transparent, I have NCLEX-RN under ca, and I want a hard license; I don't have ssn (which state gives a waiver, Texas? I've got IELTS only; I don't want to take toefl ( for WA), it's OK to take online courses like child abuse, HIV education, etc., but no CGFNS certification, and I don't want to take the exam for that. Though I am willing for credential evaluation via CGFNS, and Texas wishes to fingerprint the US, can it be done outside by local authorities? I checked all BRN, but still confused. LOL.
  3. Texas ielts requirement as written to their application instructions, overall 6.5 and minimum band score of 6.0 on each module..... ? Not 7 on speaking and either general and academic is accepted?
  4. Hi, I passed NCLEX RN in 2007; I want to know if CA BRN still saves my result so I can endorse to New Mexico for initial registration after getting IELTS; I have VSC; can I use that for credential evaluation?
