Hi I'm a new RN participating in my hospitals network nurse residency program. I am totally thrilled at the opportunity and would like feed back from new and seasoned nurses on the idea of the program? And if you have gone through a similar program??? What would you want to get from the program? What things would you share? How would you grow? What would your goals be in participating? How did your program go?
