I'm not sure about the 3 DAs information, just because there is another DA I met on the "other" message board. @Irishliz Hello I'm an applicant for USAGPAN this year. My understanding of the OML list is limited. In a post you stated you were #3 on the OML list last year, did most of the OML list from last year not get approved for funding? Sorry if this is too personal of a question, but I'm anxious and was under the impression that most of the OML list for USAGPAN eventually gets funded most years.

Will this be for FY 2014 or FY 2015, any ideas on requirements?
