Hello all, I'm hoping someone will shed some light on this process? I am a recently new NP and this will be my first NP job. I was disciplined by the nursing board for "professional misconduct" that resulted in disciplinary action against my RN license. That being said, I was forunate enough to get a NP job in a small primary care office. I am in the process of applying for medicare provider # and because of my disciplinary history, will my application be denied based soley on the history? Any input anyone can offer would be most appreciative!!
