  1. I agree! Lots of disorganization and uncertainty about a lot of things. I'm trying to be patient about it, but I also feel that I shouldn't be worried and having to feel like I have to 'remind' professors about things that they should make sure to tell ME! Ugh, thank goodness I've taken many classes online and LC doesn't seem so daunting... Giving it time though. I'm sure it will get better for all; them and us.
  2. How stressful! I'm glad you were able to find a location in town! I got mine Friday. I was worried since I ordered them a while back and really hasn't heard anything until I called...
  3. Good luck to all! We are required to wear our scrubs from day one and had reading and skill videos assigned due by Tuesday as our ticket to lab on Wednesdays lab. I also saw the syllabus with a breakdown for each week but no actual due dates.
  4. Thank you for sharing. I like it! I just ordered it. I will just take my MK watch this week and use my new one once it comes in. I hope they dont mind, its the only one I have. So can I just say that all the key terms in Pharmacology are stressing me out! I am really trying to read the material in a way that I make sure I am understanding as much as I can, but all those key terms are just way too much, yikes! I am sure this is just the beginning too. We can do it though!
  5. I have labs on Tuesday and Thursday. I got my shoes already. Exciting stuff! What kind of watch did you get?
  6. I just got an email saying I should receive my scrubs by Friday! Yeah!
  7. Oh my! I probably should call too just to make sure everything is ok. That's nerve wrecking since we don't have much time. Thanks for the heads up! Crossing my fingers we get them on time!
  8. No scrubs yet. I ordered them about two weeks and nothing still. No notifications either. I believe my expected date is for 8/21 yikes! I also have the syllabus for our labs and I am already feeling a little worried about the reading, ugh.... Any additional recommendations on school supplies aside from the basics? I still need planner, digital recorder and backpack, all on my to do list for this week.
  9. Yeah I was told to order from scrubhub and that is where I got mine. I would have loved to get Greys Anatomy too. Oh well...
  10. I just need my flu shot.
  11. Jenn, what all did you order? I ordered 2 pairs of scrubs, white nursing shoes, books and still debating on what kind of stethoscope. Any suggestions? I'm buying a couple of other school supplies too. Did anybody else order a badge from the link above? ^ I will be quitting my full time job in two weeks, yikes!
  12. Is everyone getting excited!? Nervous? Our start is just around the corner.
  13. What website are you referring to? I wasn't aware there was a website to order badges.
  14. I was wondering the same thing. I'm thinking business casual, at least that is what I'm wearing. Random question, but I'm wondering if they're providing lunch? Lol
  15. Same here. So expensive! I have my finance appointment tomorrow and just need to work on scheduling for my CPR classes.
