Tasha make an appointment asap with admissions. From what I hear they will sit down with you and evaluate your transcript/profile then tell you what you need to do to get in next round

They know you won't finish the hep B in time but the require you to start it. That goes for any of the vaccines that you might need. For example I was not immune to varicella when I got my titer back therefore I had to go and get the vaccine. They accepted that for registration but then during the semester I had to follow up and finish the varicella series and then test as immune for it via titer. Let me just say you don't want to be bothered with all that during the semester so start now if you can

Everyone. Even those who are considering applying. Its an oppurtunity for you to tour the facility and maybe get some questions answered about the program. There will be student volunteers from different organizations so it could also be an oppurtunity for you to network and get info from current students

So here's the deal with the vaccines/titers you have to have them before you register. You will also need a TB test but DONT get that until they tell you to because they want it done at a specific time because you have to repeat that yearly. When you get accepted they will give you a date that you will come to the school to get all the health/state board info. But there's no reason you can't start your vaccines now if you don't have them. If you have them you can start your titers

Some people bring tablets or computers to class but it's not really necessary. If you're a person who needs the book with them in class then you would need an I pad

While yall are waiting it would be smart to start getting your immunization a in order. Lots of people were complaining about insurance not covering them as well as the titers they make you get. Prepare for the initial expense of that as well as the infamous e books. I hope you all are all coming to open house on March 28th
