My CM told me it was my fault and to never miss another test because even the one I missed because I couldnt find after hours counted against me. She also told me not to bother her with testing issues and to call recovery trek. Im a little bitter about that still can you tell?

IMO they never should have asked you that. Try a different group of people!!

Try a nursing home or dialysis center. If you have any nurse friends ask them to help you look for a job. There are employers who hire nurses with restrictions. Keep your chin up! Dont let anyone get you down!

Thank you for the info about the attorney. I think as long as you are going to recovery and werent actively working when you were under the influence you should be fine.

So I am in TPAPN and my case manager is just terrible. She is always very rude and mean to me and I have no idea why she is like this to me. I was offered a position at a home health agency doing clerical work...filing and organizing and answering the phone. She says that I can't work in a nursing environment without doing the proper return to work steps. ITS NOT A NURSING JOB! I can't sleep and the stress from this is hurting my health, I have no idea what to do.
