  1. I've been out of school for 4 years now, and graduated from Illinois. What are my options for re-taking the NCLEX? According to Illinois, I have to re-attend nursing school after 3 years passed, but some have said you can take a refresher course or apply to New York. Anyone have any ideas?
  2. It won't let me reply to your private message, so I'm posting here. Are you also from Illinois then? I'm from Illinois, so could I just drive to another state (like New York, after taking their classes), and then transfer the NCLEX to Illinois like you said? I wasn't sure if you had to live in the state of New York to do that.
  3. Darn, I was hoping someone from Illinois would know the answer to this.
  4. I'm coming up on my 3 years after I graduated, and in Illinois you are supposed to take 2 years of school again if you didn't pass it. Can I just take my test in a state that doesn't have these requirements and transfer my license to Illinois? I saw this post on here, but wasn't sure if it was in fact true. Thanks. https://allnurses.com/nclex-discussion-forum/what-do-when-776037.html
