  1. I'm not sure what the Gray's anatomy scrub tops look like, but you will need to purchase tops that have a full front zipper and of course white. The only ones that I have seen are the brand that they sell in the bookstore (Landau) but I'm sure there are others.
  2. I heard them say that at orientation too but the ADN booklet computer requirements say you need one. Maybe we won't use the discs while in class but I'm not sure. Thanks for the answer on the lab uniform.
  3. I bought mine but haven't opened it yet. Does anyone know what we wear on lab days? The white top or blue polo?
  4. Thank you for the input!! One of our required books is Nursing Care Plans: Diagnoses, Interventions, and Outcomes" by Gulanick and Myers, but they told us we won't need it until March. I bought it already so I am going to start going over it now. I am waiting for my Saunders NCLEX to come in. I can' t wait to get started!!!
  5. I am starting my nursing classes in January and I am soooo nervous. Do you have any recommendations for supplemental books that helped you? Thank you starting this thread!!!
  6. I switched the day after orientation.
  7. I switched too. I don't plan on not going to classes or not going to main campus for the tests but it's nice to have the option in case something happens.
  8. There is a checklist that you are supposed to sign and turn in with all of the documents. Other than the signed handbook forms, I think you have everything. :)
  9. Congratulations Currya!!!! :-)
  10. I pre-ordered mine at the orientation. Maybe that was the only time you could.
  11. Congratulations ladies!!! I look forward to meeting all of you.
  12. Check your emails!!! I got accepted.
  13. I know in the info session they said it was 4 days a week but she couldn't tell us which days. I'm pretty sure clinical days start at 6:30 am and can go until 4:30 pm. Actually trying to find something part time right now. Hopefully I can find something that is flexible.
  14. There are no checks next to mine but my points are there. Are your points there?
  15. LOL....I thought I was the only one who felt that way.
