I did kaplan and all the question I followed the 75 question a day wrote out the rationals for the ones I got wrong, I do feel like it is content some of the question I got on the nclex I wasn't for sure on the answer I felt like it was because I didn't know the sign and symptoms, I had a lot of maternity it seemed like Sent from my iPhone using allnurses
