  1. Thank you, guys, for all your inputs. I definitely want to stay away from the "me-isms" response.
  2. Hi guys. What would be a good answer to the question: Why do you want to work in a correctional facility? Thank you for any help.
  3. For those who had their interviews already, any news as to when the candidates will be contacted?
  4. Hi all. Does anyone here think Scripps prefers only those with BSN, and those with ADN don't have a chance of being selected?
  5. Hello YS. What is DEU? Is it anything like new grad residency where the nurse spends several months in one particular unit? Thanks.
  6. Now, that's therapeutic communication (hallmark of a caring and sensitive nurse).
  7. I'm in the same boat as you are. Took my nclex July 11th and up to now still no word. I tried calling the BRN yesterday and today and all I get is "due to a very high volume of calls, your call cannot be accepted. Please call back later."
  8. So I gather there really is not a set timeframe for the names to appear. It could be 2 days or it could be 2 weeks. Sigh....
  9. Thanks, fringe. Did they tell you how many days more they need to process the paperwork once they received the transcripts?
  10. Hi all. Took the NCLEX last 7/11 and got the good pop out. There is no quick result for CA. For those who took the nclex here in California in the previous weeks, how long did you have to wait before you saw your name listed on the California BRN website?
