Just got a phone call that I was selected for a position! She hasn't gotten around to writing offers up or anything and doesn't have salary and stuff yet, she just wanted to let me know as soon as possible since I'm so far away!

Just got a phone call that I was selected for the OR Residency! So excited! Looks like I'll be moving to TX VERY soon!

I'm from Massachusetts..my boyfriend is originally from TX though and has family in arouf Houston so we are looking to relocate!

Had my panel interview yesterday..it was intense! So many questions..but there were luckily only 1 or 2 I was not expecting..I was pretty prepared for all the others! Had some technical difficulties though (it was a phone/webcam interview since I am out of state). Overall I think I did ok..but only 8 spots HR said so I don't know if I did THAT good. Just wanted to say goodluck to everyone who interviewed and wanted to bump this thread so if anyone hears back they an share! Hopefully I will be moving to TX in a few short weeks! :)

When I originally scheduled my interview HR had told me Aug 19th for the start date. At the interview, they told me Aug 26th. They seem to keep pushing it back for some reason. I'm sure they interviewed plenty of qualified applicants (aka all of us lol) so I don't know why they would still be interviewing and why the job posting is still up? At least a rejection email would be nice, instead of leaving us hanging :/

Oh wow really? Hmm so something must be up ifthe posting changed. I just wish we would hear something! I finally got approved for my license in GA I wanna use it haha

Its both, an HR interview fist over the phone an then a panel interview via web cam right after (same day)

When I interviewed last week on the 18th they told me they were wrapping up interviews last week and I would hear this week. So I have no idea!

JUst scheduled an interview! Anyone else? I forgot to ask how many they were looking to hire :/

I had called too, a few days after emailing my receipt, and she did not help me at all! Maybe I'll call again on Monday. I had an interview yesterday and if offered the position will be starting end of August, I'm sure I will have my license by then.

Same here! I sent it two weeks ago! I got an email saying I still needed to send it..i sent them the receipt from nursys.

Same here..however, I am actually going to be in Atlanta on the 18th for an interview at a different hospital. But I definitely wont be able to fly back again for an actually interview at Emory.

I received an email today for an invitation to one of two upcoming info sessions for the OR residency. One is on the 18th the other on the 20th.
