  1. Thank you all!! I used the Kaplan program it's fantastic and I recommend it to all. They give u a content book I studied that focusing on things I did not know. I made my own study guides. Reviewed the most common meds and just kept doing questions. Everyday keep doing them to get used to them. But Kaplan program has all kinds of tests and material if you spend your money on anything it should be Kaplan. If anyone has any questions please don't hesitate to ask! But just remember we're all better and smarter then this exam!!!
  2. I just want to say that I just passed my NCLEX with 265 questions. I left the center positive I failed called my boyfriend told him that cried for 2 days straight....only to find out I passed. As i fell out of the bed running to tell my mom all I could think about was how much little credit I gave myself. I studied for 3 months 6 hrs a day and just because I got 265 questions I counted myself out. I didn't do the Pearson trick bc I couldn't bear to do it. I hardly was able to log on to the state board site bc I thought I was going to puke when I found out I failed. I already started studying again and planning my life post fail. My advice to you is don't ever count yourself out you made it this far this little test will not and is not better then you. I know that going on this site and seeing all the other people that were freaking out as much as me really helped me keep my head up. So I think this site and this specific forum is amazing and if this specific forum is not of your interest then don't read it there are plenty of people who need it and read it. I hope this helps those who need it!!!!
  3. I don't get it....if you don't want to read about it then don't. Noone is forcing you to do so, there are plenty of other forums on here to read. Plus going on here and getting some reassurance that the anxiety you are feeling is ok and everyone goes through it helps some people myself included, that's why this site was created and if you don't like it then don't come on it.
  4. I feel the exact same way. I graduated in May and have been applying to every possible position.I have gotten nothing so far. The nursing field has absolutely become who you know and who can put a good word in for you. I feel like how you are as a person or how intelligent you are or how much of a hard worker you are means nothing. Everyone keeps on telling me to be patient and something will come, I know it will but I never thought I would not even get one interview out of all the places that I have applied to. It is an extremely frustrating situation to be in and we just have to be positive and believe it will happen maybe not as soon as we want it to.
  5. You are so welcome!!! Glad I could help
  6. Hello everyone, I was browsing the web trying to find like the most common medications found on the NCLEX and just happened to stumble upon this website http://www.studystack.com/Nursing It has so many amazing flashcards with everything you may need to know. Everything is free and you are able to print everything! I hope this helps and is utilized by the people that can use it!
  7. Thank you so much!!! I may just read this on the morning of my test!!! So sweet of you!
  8. I am taking mine July 15th!!!! And my Kaplan scores are about the same as yours! I'm studying my ass off on a daily bases!!! We can do it!
  9. PEDS!!! I threw a tempur tantrum everytime I had to wake up for clinical. I hated it and still do. Never will I work with children AND pharmacology....thats just a given!
  10. Hello fellow NCLEX takers and those that have already taken it! I am taking mine on July 15 and I am freaking out. I have done Prep U 10,000 and I do it on a daily bases. I have done all kaplan question trainers have been reviewing content since May 22!!! I feel like I am never ready and I never know enough. I don't know if I am just causing myself anxiety or what but......its overwhelming. What has everyone else been doing and am I the only one feeling like this. I know you can't possibly know everything but there always seems to be something that I don't know. Meds are going to be the worst because I don't even know where to start..... any imput is great!
