  1. should not be a decision. KAISER in the blink of an eye !
  2. I truly didn't find Duke's interview that stressful, other than my own produced internal stress! I made a joke at the beginning and made them all laugh, which kinda helped me relax tho.
  3. That makes more sense. Like you put down on your application what drugs you use, learn by heart, and tell them about it. I would recommend them, open more interviewing dates and spend more time to interview their applicants, so they get to know them better. They do not have to be... rush or intense (to see applicant's pressure ?!?) because they cannot get the best of applicant's personality. Thats' my personal opinion.
  4. My friends and I (three ppl) interviewed last year. All of us ended up on their alternate list. The interview was like 5-7 min maximum. They will ask you what kind if patient you take care of, what med, how does it work? How to deal with difficult _(position/profession)_, They did not ask me if I had any questions for them. lol. They told me they would contact me in 2 wks. Not even a smile. Everyone was sitting in front of me. but the interim director was standing, crossing her arms, and looking at me from my right corner of the room. Nobody was smiling. I am not sure if they did it on purpose or not. Anyway, I was terrified and shocked because it was so different from my other interviews. I left there thinking there was no way I was a good fit in their program, or the program was a good fit for me. My other two friends felt the same way, but they ended up going to USC and Samuel Merritt, but I never got a phone call from them. The rumour is if you work in ICU at LLU, you will have better chance. Not sure if it's true or not. This year, I applied to LLU again , just for my back-up option. I ended up getting accepted into Duke Uni. and withdrew my application from LLU. Good luck !
  5. Congrats ! Did E**k call you ? Or u got an email ?
  6. you got an invite? I thought they said they would send in an email on DEC 21.

  18. Did they mention anything about religion? I am Catholic. Hope they will consider me
  19. uhm... this time last year they interviewed ppl already .
  20. hi guys, did you hear anything from them yet?
  21. Aw Thank you . That's very nice of you Good luck to You too!
  22. I'm sorry that I don't have any advices for you. However, why not "want to be better WITH my classmates", instead of " I want to be better THAN my classmates" . I don't think you need any suggestion to be "the best CRNA" since you will be "Fighting for the hardest surgeries" and are " VERY comfortable with Vent and Airways". But you know what , I've been told by many nurse anesthetists and Anesthesiologists that "when you think you know airways but you don't really know the airways". Good luck and be humble !
  23. I bombed the HRST test last year. Does it play a main key for choosing ppl? How do u like it so far I heard That CRNAs don't push med when intubating pts in OR?!?!? Is it true?
  24. Did u happen to ask when they will interview the first round ppl ? I need to put down my work schedule. not have a gut to call and ask ! Lol
