Hi Everyone I had my orientation yesterday for my ADN program here in NC. Overwhelmed for sure but extremely excited. I check FB more often than here since most of my family is out of state so I'd love to get added to the page when somene gets a chance. My classes begin on August 19th. Yesterday I ordered the scrubs and found out the books for the whole program are $1470, yikes! Our background check and drug test were much cheaper it seems though at only $86.00. I look forward to keeping in touch with everyone. Oh, and our scrubs are all white (tops, bottoms, coats- everything....). My first clinical is already assigned at a hospital in the next city over from mine (nervous). I have two boys 4 and 5 and a supportive husband (for now, until reality hits, lol).

I would have to agree with a previous poster regarding high point. I highly recommend Greensboro as that's where I live however Kernersville is a great in-between spot.
