    I work in a PACU. Had an add-on appendectomy last night that was coming from another town near by... the nurse wrote a verbal order that read.... "Notify Dr. ****** when pt hits the floor." HITS THE FLOOR??? I CERTAINLY HOPE NOT!!!! LOL
