  3. Phone interview for relocation?

    Hi all, I am trying to relocate to another state and I have applied for a position in Maryland a couple days ago. Instantly, I got a call from the recruiter for general questions and she has set up an official phone interview with the nurse manager of the unit. But I've never had an interview over the phone so I am freaking out! What questions should I be expecting? I've applied for the NICU and I have experience in the NICU. Will I get clinical questions where they give me a situation and tell them what I would do? or should I be expecting general interview questions? She said it'll last about 30 minutes. Please help!
