  1. New Graduates to Critical Care Area

    k_crandal posted a topic in General Nursing
    I am graduating in May and will be going to work in a step down unit for a large hospital. I was just wondering if going to a critical care area right after graduation was a good idea or if I should try to work on a med surg floor for a year or so. Thanks for the input :)

    Hi, I will be moving to Florida (Orlando) in May right after I graduate to get away from the snow here in Idaho. I have a job waiting at Sand Lake Hospital and would love any feedback about that hospital anybody has. Also I would love to know if anybody has any tips for boards. Thanks Kasey
