  1. Hi Leah, this time around I studied the pathophysiology so that I could better understand the illness and therefore know how to properly treat it. I also started to thoroughly apply Maslow to all my questions. Then I could safely answer which patient needed treatment first, which NCLEX asks a lot.
  2. Hi all. I recently passed my NCLEX. Thanks for the encouraging words.
  3. Hi, I am here for some advise. I have taken the NCLEX twice already. First time was in January. The second was in May. Both times I did all 145 question. Only to get home and receive the email the next day saying I failed. I am so discouraged and nervous to retake my test. I honestly don’t know what more I could do. I have used Saunders and the Lacharity Priority and Delegation book. I am embarrassed for my family and former classmates to know that I have failed not once but twice. Anyone has any suggestions as to how I can improve my score.
  4. Hi, just know that you are not alone. I have failed the NCLEX twice already. Once in January and the second in May. Both times I did all 145 questions. I do not know I keep failing this exam. But This time I am utilizing the help of my mom who is already a nurse. I hope we will be successful next time.
  5. I too received the email that I was added to the group. Hope it means acceptance.
  6. I also applied and the wait is driving me crazy.
  7. Im glad to know we will know sometime this week or the next. ABraden I didnt have the nerves to call them, so Im thankful you did.
  8. ltoney I applied to the hybrid
  9. ltoney, what track did you apply for?
  10. Correct. I have been checking my email everyday. I know that when I finally see it in my inbox I'm going to be scared to click on it.
  11. ABraden6353, I was told 4-6 weeks. I am sooo nervous. Which track did you apply for?
  12. I was told 4-6 weeks, I am sooo nervous
  13. You could have applied as long as you are currently enrolled in those pre-req classes. I am so nervous now.
  14. Hey CNV92, I plan on applying to the Hybrid. I am taking my Teas on the 27th and Southside. I will definitely update with my scores.
  15. I also plan on applying to JTCC for the fall. Nice having a forum to discuss our progress on.
  16. I read on the site you will be ranked according to TEAS score. Cant answer anymore than that. I too am applying and am so nervous.
  17. Hey Sshell, did you make it in. I got that paper that said i could reapply for free. IDK
  18. I didn't get in. I will apply somewhere else next time.
  19. No I haven't and I am so tired of waiting. My fingers are crossed. I hope we hear some good news.
  20. I was told 72 applicants, and 30 slots. Scared a little but it wont be long before we know.
  21. I am glad it is over. I hope we get in, Sshell.
  22. My interview is on the 3rd.
  23. sshell Its mind boggling that they would do a teas test yesterday. Who knows when we will hear something back. usually we would have our interview dates and times by now. Oh well, we just wait some more. lol
  24. Has anyone gotten an interview date yet. Usually it would have been sent out by now, or did I not get one. just curious
  25. I would like to know too. They are not precise on what they are really looking for. Tyler lets you know up front that they are gpa based but with SRMC you are left in the dark.Being that you don't really know what they are looking for you cannot improve your chances by taking classes over or repeating the Teas. I am just as nervous as I was when I applied before.
