I worked at a nursing home for over a year as the night shift RN supervisor and was miserable because of all the backstabbing. Nurses and STNAs didn't get along. Always telling on one another. Making my job very stressful because I was always the blame for when things went wrong with the staff. I now work at a plasma donation center in Akron and love my job! The group of nurses I work with are awesome! Managers are willing to help when needed and the hours are pretty good. I am sure there are a few centers in the Mentor area. PM me if you want more info.
