You are my angel. I just purchased the Kaplan to listen to the videos. I felt I was having problem understanding what the questions are asking me to answer. Thank you so much.

I went on Kaplan website and when you register for their review course. You can download the NCLEX-RN Content Review book for free. Some of the students purchase the book to highlight and write down their own notes. I have been up all night reviewing and reading everyone review about this book and reading along with the video. Everyone that has used Kaplan video along with the book has pass. I am giving Kaplan another try.......GOOD LUCK to all the FUTURE RN.......I will keep everyone posted once I start

You state read along with the book and watching the video. What book are you talking about? When I registered for kaplan they did not provide a book or do you mean to buy the kaplan book and follow along with the video? By the way I truly appreciate your comment. I have taken this exam probably the same amount of time you have taken the exam. For the past couple of weeks I have been trying to figure out where do I begin studying and what can i use to study. I have used all the material you have mentioned. I am going to registered with kaplan again and give my 100% attention and energy. I thank you so much for your comment.

Laura, How many times have you taken the NCLEX? The reason why I am asking because I noticed students that just graduate from school and take a refresher course pass. I graduate a year ago and took the 5 days refresher course and did not pass. My question to will you recommend this course to someone that graduate a year ago and failed NCLEX?

I took the exam Jan 9 and failed, so I plan to take the exam at the end of March. I want to go over the 97 page study guide 3x before I take the exam.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! I brought the 97 pages study Guide 3 months ago and "REALIZE THAT" in every sentence I put the study guide away. I thought I had wasted my money, but I am back looking over the study quide because I heard a lot of positive results. I am also using the PDA. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you for the information. I purchased the study guide and when it kept repeating "REALIZE" and started off with Cardiovascular. I had put it away and never gave it a chance to look at it again. I am currently using Lippincott Q&A, Prioritizing, Delegation, and Assessment. I just purchased the EXAM CRAM RN and also have a tutor. I am going to give the study guide a chance. I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. After reading your comment it finally click and I have been answering Kaplan Q trainer 7 correctly. I am so excited.....it finally click......This will be my third time taking the exam. I thank you so much for your post........THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went on WYZANT website, type NCLEX and my zip code then press search. Read the tutor bio and other students review about the tutor. Then, I sent them an email with my history, my results from previous exams, and where I feel I need help. I ended with a tutor online that has an awesome review. She charge 60 dollars an hour and I chose 2 hrs a week because I am schedule to take the exam in December. There are many tutors with different price. You choose what's best for you. Same here I am always near passing standard. I am able to eliminate the 2 wrong answers but, it's just choosing the right answer. I feel I need someone to tell me why it's not the answer I chose. Yes, I understand read the wrong and the correct rationale but, self studying is not working for me. Good luck to you on studying and passing the exam. I will post my thoughts in December after I take the exam.

A student just pass his NCLEX using REMAR AND KAPLAN Q TRAINER #6 AND #7. He post his story on REMAR facebook page. Sound so positive but, I always get down to the 2 answers and most of the time pick the wrong answer.

I heard, read, and have a friend that pass NCLEX using WYZANT NCLEX TUTOR SERVICE too. I went ahead and hired an online tutor. This will be my third time taking the NCLEX exam and I want to pass. I used KAPLAN which I felt the strategies did not help me answer the correct questions. The tutor I hired is charging 60 dollars an hour. The amount of money I spent buying NCLEX books, HURST REVIEW COURSE, KAPLAN, and REMAR. I figure let me give online tutor a shot. REMAR did offer a private tutor but, she was not available because she had other students she was tutoring when I requested for her tutor service. I went ahead brought her package which is a GREAT resource but I still do not feel confident walking in that testing center. I am afraid of failing again. I wished I knew about WYZANT way before I purchase KAPLAN, and HURST. I schedule my exam in DECEMBER. I will post my thoughts after taking the exam in DECEMBER

What other resources you or your friends used? I have the Remar Review package too. Did you go over the DVD more then once or did you go over the quickfacts more then once and answer nclex questions?

Yes, she has a Remar Review for RN and PN.

I know it requires a lot of studying and that is why I took a whole month off from work to study. I have done a lot of research and feel this REMAR package is right for me. Regina, is an awesome person and will answer your questions. I thank you for your comment and I also read your post about REMAR. I am ready to TACKLE THIS BEAST NCLEX EXAM......lol

As I am typing I have tears rolling down my eyes. I want to pass this NCLEX exam so badly and to read your post about how other future RN pass their exam after reviewing the REMAR sound so positive.

I purchased the REMAR package and very excited to start studying. I thank you for replying to the topic. I am ready to face this beast exam. This will be my third time once I get my ATT from Pearsonvue.

I read GREAT review about REMAR NCLEX REVIEW. This will be my 3rd attempt taking the nclex exam. As of next week I will be a PRN Nurse Tech was working a full time night tech and tried to study for the exam. As you can see that did not work. I purchased the KAPLAN ON DEMAND ANYWHERE on my second atempt. As I was taking the test I realize I was lacking content. I went ahead and attend a HURST REVIEW course, but when I went to answer questions in SAUNDERS NCLEX. Some of the content HURST REVIEW did not go over. Did not want to take the chance and fail again so I purchase the REMAR to feel more secure when I do take the exam. Hopefully mid October. I will keep everyone updated once I receive the REMAR package. GOOD LUCK FUTURE RN!!!!!!!

Can you please tell us how you felt when you took the exam today after taking the REMAR REVIEW package? Did the REMAR help? Were you able to answer the question without hesitation? Would you recommend REMAR to other FUTURE RN? The reason why I am asking so many questions because I took KAPLAN and it did not work out for me. Right now I am taking HURST REVIEW but I feel it's not enough because when I go and answer NCLEX questions. I find myself going back to Saunders to get a better understanding or she did not go over that particular disorder.
