  1. I graduated in the last class & have a lot of items I'd like to sell including a large lab coat, taber's medical encyclopedia, mosby's diagnostic manual, etc. please contact me by email if interested [email protected]. Good Luck!
  2. Hi, I'm in the senior class and orientation will last into the afternoon most likely. If I remember correctly it was over around 2 or 3 but sometimes things change. Good luck, I remember the excitement & anxiety I felt as well.
  3. I was just accepted into the ASN program. I am excited but nervous! I am 38 years old and have 5 boys ages 12, 11, 10, 8, & 6. I worked really hard on my prereqs. The biggest concern for me right now is how I'm going to balance everything. I had control before of choosing when & what classes to take. I controlled my schedule so I could go to class & study while my boys were at school. Now, I'm not sure what schedule I will have.
  4. Does anyone have any suggestions on reading that could help me get ahead?
  5. The RN program's email stated that they wanted all correspondence to be sent by email so they'd have a record of it. I'm assuming it's been a problem before. Anyway, I've been looking on here to see if anyone has gotten acceptance yet. I'm hoping for the best for all you!
  6. Can any of you share about what supplies I need and the cost of the program? I see they let you know last year a few weeks earlier than this year. What can I expect to have to pay during orientation? I have a friend who had to pay around $400 during orientation for LPN program.
  7. By the way, don't take the class online. The instructor uses a data bank to choose test questions but doesn't always provide everything you need to answer the question correctly. You have 50 questions in 50 minutes and I found myself still pondering the previous questions during the test. Also, she would often throw out questions because of this irregularity problem. It's a difficult subject to grasp!
  8. Has anyone else been accepted into the program? I only see 2 of us on here that accepted our seats. Really interested in getting to know the group! I wish orientation would hurry up. I'm anxious to see how much $$ this is going to cost and what my schedule is going to be for fall.
  9. I've been trying to figure out how to set up alerts. Can you tell me how?
  10. Does anyone know how we can find out what books we will need for fall before orientation? I know someone who completed this course 2 years ago and has offered to sell me her books. I just don't want to buy them if we won't be using them.
  11. Good Luck! I have accepted a seat in the ASN program and have cancelled my interview for LPN. I wish you well:)
  12. I'm rooting for you. They probably aren't finished sending out acceptance letters. I hope you get yours soon.
  13. Sorry - wrong message I was trying to quote.
  14. I got it & sent you a friends request too! I'm rooting for you.
  15. I hope so! All my buddies, either went to other schools or applied for other programs.
