If you live along 36, you can take the DM bus straight to campus during rush hours.

Holy Moses I am tired of worrying about this. I think my cortisol levels are through the roof, I am pretty much worn out from having an adrenaline rush every time I get a new email. I don't even care right now, I'm just tired of not knowing.

Yikes. That is a decent sized commitment. Regis is a good school, though.

Haha after that email yesterday, I feel like the admissions office must have been getting harrassed fairly regularly by angry students. How much is a deposit at Regis or other schools?

Yeah, no interview. It was an interview exercise. I don't know how much I should say, but we had to work together with 4 other people in a group to solve a and organize a problem they gave us. There were 2 evaluators watching us which then asked us questions after we presented our answers as a group. I think it was an interesting exercise. They basically wanted to see how we worked in groups.

Yeah I honestly don't know what they learned from that interview other than that we work together well... for 20 minutes in front of people judging our responses. It's also the first time they've ever done that type of interview so I'm not super confident they are relying on it too heavily for selection. I don't know if I did a great job in the interview either though. I didn't talk much but felt like I worked with my team well and in a quick manner. I didn't quite know how to answer one of the questions, but I felt like it was okay. I thought it was funny how they basically admitted at the end that they cared more about GPA than anything. I agree it is a good way of determining future academic success, but I feel that they learned very little about our personalities.

I really really want to go to CU and it's the only place I applied (I'll apply for their traditional program this month if I don't get in) so do you mind if I have your spot if you get in ?

'A' group here. I'm really anxious about it, but I have been doing lots of research in preparation and making sure I have answers to all the normal questions. I don't think I've ever been as excited to start school as I am right now. 8:45 seems like a good time of day for me, being a morning person.

Yikes this sounds so crazily competitive. More competitive than even how I have heard law school and medical school are. I want to only go to CU because they are an amazing school with great facilities, connection to healthcare providers like UCH, and great faculty. I am going to be prepping for this interview for the next two weeks straight. It seems silly that they would combine all your past GPAs. Judging me on classes I took over 11 years ago when I was 17. I think having a science degree helps a lot because I am nowhere near as good on paper as many people say I need to be for this program.

Well that isn't encouraging. haha! makes me wonder what the people who actually get in are like. They're all people who have college degrees and 4.0s but have been working as a CNA for 5 years. Well I'm sure we'll all do great this time. Colorado Hopeful, what kind of questions have they asked you in the past? were any tailored to your essay at all? I'm a white male. So I'm not diverse at all. My wife is Asian but I didn't talk about that in my essay, I talked about my diversity as a student and my experiences while volunteering working with under-served communities
