Oh so many... When your Er waiting is full and someone tells you they are just going to go home and see their PCP in the morning. When you've cleaned your c-diff pt a million times and hear them tell transport to "hurry" on their way to their new room. When you are super busy but answer the call light and the pt says "oh I was trying to turn on the tv, sorry"
Hey everyone, I am finishing up my ADN and have a job lined up. They recommended I didn't try to get my BSN until I have worked for at least a year, maybe two. At that point with two years under my belt, do I really need a BSN, or does it just look good on paper?
