Hi everyone! Just found this group. I interviewed for trauma Med/surg and NS ICU. Haven't heard from ICU but I got a job offer for Trauma!! I just graduated in December and don't have my ATT number yet so I won't be able to start until April. I'm hoping I get my number soon! I'm worried that I won't get my number in time! Anyone else starting in April?

I know how you feel about the paperwork! I'm going crazy with everything I need to get before the 6th! I'm just happy i got in though! I'll have to find you somehow at the orientation so that we can actually meet in person lol

@lizzz415 I got in!!!!!! I got an email from the admission s counselor this afternoon! I get my acceptance email tomorrow morning! I'm so excited! Did you or anyone else go to the workshop on Mon and tues? If so what did they cover? For future applicants that may be looking to this forum, I was originally number 8 on the waitlist and got it! I'll see you all at orientation! : )

I haven't heard anything about movement on the waitlist. I emailed the counselor on the 4th to see if I moved up on the waitlist but I haven't gotten a reply. I will probably call them tomorrow.

My GPA for SMU is 3.9 but my Science GPA is a 3.0 which is bad. I took the TEAs twice and my highest scores were 80 overall with 91 in reading, 100 in math, and 78 in science. I have an EMT license and got a good letter from a nurse that I work with along with letters from a couple of my professors. I don't think it is true about accepting applicants with a 3.8 and above.
