I have a few pairs. I do like the boot cut pants and the v neck too. I also have 2 pairs of the pattern skinny pants and 2 tops with a zipper. One on the side of the top and the other top has a zipper in the middle. I hate those tips and style of pants!! Other than just those two styles I love the brand

Thank you so much! Now will it matter that I'm going to be working in a dr office? I'll still have direct pt care and will be working under an RN. Or do they want you working in a nursing home setting?

I have been an LPN for 2 years now and I have been working in a skilled nursing facility since I graduated and passed my boards. I work the 3-11 shift (at first I didn't mind, but now I just want a daylight job). I recently accepted a position at a dermatology office all daylight hours no weekends or holidays 🙌🏼 So I've been thinking about checking another goal off of my list and get my RN. I found a bridge program all online through excelsior college that sounds amazing. its all accredited. And says you can do some clinical through online simulation. Also you have to be a working lpn with direct patient care and working under an RN. I was wondering if anyone has heard anything about this school/program that could give some advice or info.

I am an LPN at a SNF I've been working at the same place since I graduated nursing school and passed my nclex, (2 years almost). Lately I've been stressed out more than normal. I used to love going to work but anymore it's just something I have to do now. I work the 3-11 shift and I absolutely hate it. I hate not seeing my family and friends. I recently got offered a position at a drs office. M-F 8-5 job. No weekends or holidays and that daylight position that I want so badly. But the pay is almost 3 dollars less than I make now... but the hours is what I've been looking for... does anyone have any advice for me? Any feed back would help... I'm so torn between the amazing schedule that I've been wanting for so long. But I would be loosing so much money... any nurses that have been in this position before? Or nurses who currently work in a drs office who can offer some advice? Thanks!!

i'm a phlebotomist and the other day while i was with a patient getting everything ready to draw i got a needle stick, but the needle was clean.. i was talking to my patient and as i was going to throw the needle cap away i brought my hand back down to anchor the skin and stuck myself... i immediately capped the needle and threw it away, i don't know if the patient noticed or not. i'm guessing she did bc right when i felt it i said, "oww" and looked under my glove at my palm. i took out a new clean needle and proceeded with the draw. by the end of the draw there was some blood that stained my glove. but i DID NOT touch the patient with that part of my palm, i made sure to be very careful about that. my question is, should i say anything about it to my co workers or boss? or not worry about it, because it was a clean needle and i threw it away and used a new clean needle on my patient. i'm just worried if the patient saw this happen and get worried and say something to my boss. i don't want to lose my job or get in trouble because of this. because i think i did the right thing by throwing the dirty needle away and using a new clean one on the patient. but i'm still worried because there was blood on my glove... i've had a needle stick before thankfully that was with a clean needle also, but it didn't bleed. at all. please if anyone has some advice for me about this it would really help me out so much i've been so worried i just got this job it's my dream job and i don't want to lose it.
