  1. I had a similar question. I sent the admission office an email, asking if I could get the color of scrubs we'll be needing. Since, my family was asking what I wanted for Christmas. But, they never answered my question.
  2. I'm learning that as we move closer to the start date, thanks again!
  3. Thank you so much for these links!
  4. My Surfs does show they received my admissions deposit, but never received an email saying I'm ready to create a UMD gmail account. Would you happen to have the link? I did have a person in the FA department, say that they prefer us using our UMD e-mail, but I don't know how to access that:/ I'm currently waiting for a reply from the admissions office.
  5. Got the flu shot, TB skin test, and blood drawn for my titers today:yuck: Husband said, I look like a science experiment LOL I don't know if it has to do with the fact that the technician had to stick me in both arms, since she couldn't get blood from the first arm:arghh:
  6. I wonder why nobody from the Baltimore Campus has reached out to me yet? Has anyone attending Baltimore been contacted by anybody to touch base about what is available? I know Shady Grove's program manager Kathy, contacted everyone in that campus by e-mail a couple of weeks ago.
  7. I'm scheduled for Dec. 17th
  8. Did you email the program manager? They are usually really good at returning my calls and emails, promptly. Hopefully you'll get a call or a reply by tomorrow.
  9. I called the number in the acceptance letter, last four ending in xxx-0501. I also replied to e-mail the program manager sent me this morning.
  10. Hi there, I received my acceptance letter and an email from the program manager early today. However, the letter specified Shady Grove, but I prefer Baltimore campus, since it's closer and heard clinicals are across the street. So, I spoke to the admission lady and she was able fix and switch my campus to what I had originally picked. Hopefully, that'll open a door for someone who applied at Shady Groves. :) I sent my $400 non-refundable deposit receipt in the mail today, and have registered for my Orientation Registration and SSIP introduction. [For those wondering on my stats, I got an 83% on my TEAS (77% on my 1st try two years ago), 3.8 GPA, Phlebotomy Technician/CPR certified, graduated with AA, and honors from Phi Theta Kappa in 2013, I made sure my essay matched my resume. Let me also say, I'm in my 30's, and taking College Algebra this fall.] Hope this helps understand what to expect after being admitted.
  11. Anyone who was accepted want to start a fb group? I'm dying to know what my schedule will be (BTW, Im checking at the times of the comments and they are totally off, I am writing this at 19:59, as I type.)
  12. Congratulations, to all of you who also got accepted! To the rest of you, don't lose hope!!! For those of you wondering, I haven't received a call, email, or letter with my acceptance yet, maybe I'll receive a letter this week. I checked Surfs Friday, and found out my status had changed to "Admit Institution".
  13. "What campus did you get accepted into?! " I think I picked Baltimore Campus
  14. Thanks! Yes Traditional BSN:)
  15. OMG OMG OMG...MY status changed from "Committee Ready" to "Decision Made" and "Admit-Institution" Im ECSTATIC, I can't believe my eyes! I'm hoping you all get a response by today, also! See you all in the Spring 2016 YAY!!!!
