KkRNyc, CHOC called you and told you their decision although it was not a job offer? I'm surprised usually hiring managers never call with bad news they just don't even let us know! At least they were nice enough to do that so no one gets left wondering... I'm sorry you didn't get accepted. I hope one day you get to work there! Don't give up!

I just called HR and the woman in charge of the RN Residency information said that most of the unit mangers have told her they will be choosing their candidates by the end of May.
