  1. I am looking for any and all information regarding competitive pay and the housing market in Victoria or surrounding areas. Currently I work in Alaska and the Cost of living has become unbearable. I make great money but it does not seem to go very far. My parents live in Victoria and I would like to be close to them since they are getting older, plus I have two teenagers! I have been a nurse for seven years and have ER-CCU and PACU experience. What would be a reasonable negotiation/expectation for salary? I am currently making 37.00/hr. Thank you!!
  2. Hang in there! I am shooting to start my RN-MSN in September and I too have an AAS. Just remember if you have several more classes to take on you can move through it quickly and test out. Just make it happen for yourself!! I am nervous but I am just going to jump in..it is a big commitment but how can you go wrong with a flat rate tuition? It is all up to you! Good luck!
