  1. The only concern I have is the leave. Standard is 2 weeks leave, PAID!!!
  2. I've been a FNP for 4 years, and I've worked for 2 different organizations. I've come to realize that I no longer want to participate in hands-on care. I've felt this way as a RN, but hoped becoming a FNP would improve how I felt. I'm willing to completely leave the field of patient care, but during job searches I don't feel like I have experience to do anything but nursing. Bottom line: I feel pigeon-holed. What else can NP's do?
