xenogenetic, Thank you so much for the insight. How long will the program take you overall to finish? I understand the reasoning behind a part-time program, especially for those who work full time & have families, children etc. I work part-time, usually 32 hours/wk & while I am married I don't have children or other obligations. My main focus is to obviously do well, but also to just get it done. Have you had issues with your projected plan of study not working out because classes were not being offered when you had originally planned to take them? I appreciate your time & any info you can provide.

Honestly I would rather be full time, but as you know programs in the area are limited. Not exactly excited to start school again, but excited to finish & be done once & for all. You?

I am registered for 500 (in class), 540 & 519 (online).

I literally have been searching this forum for months trying to find more information on this program & finally just took the advice of other providers in the area & applied to USJ. I will be starting in January 2016, have you registered for any classes yet?

I know this post is dated, but it is the first one I have seen mentioning the Univeristy of St. Joseph. I will be starting classes for their PMHNP program in January. Interested in any comments or advice you have?? Thanks in advance for your time.

Looking for some advice on which program to choose for my RN to BSN. I've been accepted to both programs but I'm having some serious anxiety over making my final choice. Each program seems to have their own strong points. Cost is close enough to not be a huge issue. UTA has a longer list of pre reqs for me to finish which is definitely a negative. My only concerns for GCU are the horror stories that I have heard....being overwhelmed with classes and work. Two ten pages papers due in the same week. I know any decent program isn't going to be "easy" but I would like to at least give myself some sort of break. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
